Rules for using the co-working office

1. Respect the space

  • Use headphones for conversations, videos and music, or move to a meeting room or soundproof booth.
  • Pay attention to the sound volume.
  • Respect the personal space of others and avoid unnecessary interruptions.

3.  Meeting rooms and common areas

  • Reserve the salad in advance and respect the reservation time.
  • Leave the premises clean and ready for the next user.
  • Common equipment (printers, kitchen, lounge area) is used sparingly.

4. Internet and technology

  • Use the Internet responsibly and legally.
  • Do not attempt to access, modify or damage other people’s offices or networks.

5. Food and drinks

  • Welcome to the designated area.
  • Clean up after yourself immediately after eating.
  • Put a label on your products in the fridge and read other people’s work.


6. Safety and Security

  • Keep your personal belongings safe – use your private locker.
  • Do not share card, keys or passwords with non-members.
  • Report any damage or problems.


7. Guests

  • Guests are only allowed in the meeting room with a prior reservation.
  • The client is responsible for the behavior of his guests.

8. Professional conduct

  • Use the office only for legal, ethical and professional activities.
  • Any harassment, discrimination or offensive behavior is strictly prohibited

9. Durability

  • Pay attention to the consumption of electricity, water and paper.
  • Throw away your waste and use recyclables whenever possible.

10. Membership and Payment

  • Memberships and payments must be timely.
  • Failure to comply with the rules may result in suspension or termination of membership.
